This draft describes the planned SellB2B service. Owner details and retention periods must be approved before sales open.

Information we use

We keep your purchase email, payment references, access entitlement, hashed session and magic-link tokens, lesson completion and daily AI usage totals. Stripe processes payment details; SellB2B does not store card numbers.

Your coaching conversations

Chat history stays in memory in your current browser tab and is cleared when you leave or reload it. We send the recent conversation to OpenAI to generate a reply. We request that responses are not stored as application state. OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring under its own policies; this is not a zero-retention guarantee. Do not enter confidential customer, employer or proprietary information.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, database and email delivery. Stripe handles checkout. OpenAI provides the AI coach. Protected video delivery uses Cloudflare Stream when configured. These services process information needed to perform their functions.

Cookies and measurement

Secure, essential cookies keep you signed in and connect your browser to checkout. We count page visits and product actions in aggregate without chat contents or advertising profiles. Short-lived hashed network and email identifiers protect against abuse.

Retention and your requests

Access links expire after 15 minutes. Sessions expire after 30 days. Abuse counters expire within a day; detailed usage totals are removed after 90 days. Purchase records remain while needed to provide access and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact the owner to request access or deletion; some financial records may need to be retained.
